Cottages tariffs and information 2008

All cottages are double glazed, central heated all also have independent heating. Bed linnen, timed central heating and all other energy costs are included in the tariff. All furnishings and standard of equipment are of a very high standard, no tired old cookers,fridges or TV's here. All have Sky freeview TV's, Videos, tapes for hire, CD systems. There are a range of tariffs and special offers available throughout the different seasons. Our seasonal periods are available at the bottom of this page. C.C bookings (2% surcharge) can be made by phone, fax, e-mail. Online booking tariff may vary very slightly due to computer calculation instead of manual to the nearest £. Phone is still the only way to get instant availability and conformation and there is more flexability. Thanks

Pets (£15.00 charge) Well behaved pets are welcome. They must not be left unattended in the cottage or grounds. Must be kept off the furniture and their own bedding provided. One dog per unit.

Z Beds, Cot & High Chair Can be provided at no charge on bookings over £100.

Cancellation If for any reason you cancel your holiday within 4 weeks of arrival and the unit is not re-let you are liable to be charged. see FAQ link for further details. We offer our highly competitive Cancellation Insurance

£200 holiday cost = £15 premium. £300 holiday cost = £20 premium £500 holiday cost = £25 premium £750 holiday cost = £35
